I picked Proud as my favorite book of the month because of all of the power/inspiration that it contains inside of it. Proud is a very appealing book. Proud is a book that made me intrigued to write this short story. The first reason why Proud is my favorite book is that it is a story you can reflect on from your experiences. From middle school drama to heartwarming quotes, now you can see that Proud is a book in which you can reflect on your own experiences. The second reason why Proud is my favorite book of the month is that it inspires you (a lot) to go ahead and achieve your dreams and put hard work and effort in wherever you go. The last reason why Proud is my favorite book of the month is because the book has a lot of powerful language and quotes. The words in the passages can mean something more than just a word; the words are much more than that. As you can see it is a story that can take you far from home what I mean is the language, phrases, and quotes that you can relate to from your own experiences. In a nutshell, I propose Proud as my favorite book of the month.
